Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Project work

Fixed-scope project fees are governed by the milestone terms of the applicable agreement. Refunds for undelivered milestones are handled case-by-case.
